Packing and delivery
- Every parcel goes in a corrugated box.
- Add a plastic container or a steel tin container if you want the cookies to keep longer or to reuse the tin.
- Choose Speed Post Parcel or Standard Parcel Post, both by India Post.
- We share the India Post tracking number on WhatsApp after dispatch.
Dispatch time
Orders confirmed before 4 PM India time go out the same day. Later orders go out the next day.

Goras Pak cookies are made by Go-Savardhan Goras Bhandar in Maganwadi, Wardha, Maharashtra.
Goraspak is the ordering and delivery service, run by DM Incorporation. On your behalf, DM Incorporation takes your order, packs it and hands it to India Post, so you can get Wardha cookies wherever you live in India.

Who gets which payment
- DM Incorporation receives one payment covering the cookies, the 10% service fee, packing and shipping.
- The cookies are baked by Go-Savardhan Goras Bhandar.
Questions about ordering
How do I pay for Goras Pak cookies?
You make one payment. The total (cookies, service fee of 10% of the cookie price, packing and shipping) is paid by QR or UPI to DM Incorporation, which handles the cookies, packing and shipping on your behalf. Then send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number.
What pack sizes and price are available?
Goras Pak cookies are sold as a 200 g pack for Rs 160 and a 500 g pack for Rs 400. Order more than one pack to send more cookies in the same parcel.
Is stock limited?
Yes. Goras Pak is made in limited quantity each day and sold first come, first served. Each customer can order up to 1 kg per day. When the day's batch is finished, ordering pauses until the next day.
What if today's batch is sold out?
Leave your mobile number in the waitlist form on this page. We will message you when the next batch opens, so you are first in line. Orders reopen the next day.
Can I cancel, return or get a refund?
No. Cookies are food, so there is no refund, cancellation or exchange. The payment to Go-Savardhan Goras Bhandar and the service, packing and shipping charges paid to DM Incorporation are not refundable.
How is shipping charged?
Delivery is by India Post, Speed Post Parcel or Standard Parcel Post. The shipping charge is worked out automatically from your order and shown in your slip before you pay.
What packing options do you offer?
Every parcel ships in a corrugated box. A plastic container or a steel tin container can be added for an extra charge shown at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders confirmed before 4 PM India time are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed later are dispatched the next day. Delivery time after dispatch depends on India Post and your location.
Who makes Goras Pak cookies?
Goras Pak cookies are made by Go-Savardhan Goras Bhandar, Maganwadi, Wardha, Maharashtra. Goraspak is the ordering and delivery service run by DM Incorporation, which packs your order and ships it by India Post on your behalf.
Before you order
- No refund, cancellation or exchange. Cookies are food, so once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
- Payment to Go-Savardhan Goras Bhandar is not refundable. It is the price of the cookies, paid directly to the maker.
- DM Incorporation charges for its service. The 10% service fee, packing and shipping are paid to DM Incorporation and are not refundable either.
- Check before you pay. Confirm your address, pincode and mobile number on the order slip. DM Incorporation cannot change an address after dispatch.
- India Post delivery times vary. DM Incorporation hands your parcel to India Post and shares the tracking number. Transit time depends on India Post and your location.
