Please read these before you order. By placing an order you accept them.

Who does what

Go-Savardhan Goras Bhandar, Maganwadi, Wardha makes and sells the cookies. Goraspak is run by DM Incorporation, which packs your order and ships it by India Post on your behalf. You make two separate payments, one to each.

Refunds, cancellation and exchange

• No refund, cancellation or exchange. Cookies are food, so once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
• Payment to Go-Savardhan Goras Bhandar is not refundable. It is the price of the cookies, paid directly to the maker.
• DM Incorporation charges for its service. The 10% service fee, packing and shipping are paid to DM Incorporation and are not refundable either.
• Check before you pay. Confirm your address, pincode and mobile number on the order slip. DM Incorporation cannot change an address after dispatch.
• India Post delivery times vary. DM Incorporation hands your parcel to India Post and shares the tracking number. Transit time depends on India Post and your location.
• Limited stock, first come first served. Orders are served in the order they arrive, up to 1 kg per customer each day. When the day's batch is finished, ordering pauses until the next day.

Payments

• Payment 1 is the cookie price, paid to Go-Savardhan Goras Bhandar by QR or UPI.
• Payment 2 is the service fee, packing and shipping, paid to DM Incorporation by QR or UPI.
• Pay the exact amounts shown on your order slip, then send both payment screenshots with your order number on WhatsApp.

Packing

Every parcel ships in a corrugated box. A plastic container or a steel tin container can be added for an extra charge, shown at checkout.

Shipping

• Delivery is by India Post: Speed Post Parcel or Standard Parcel Post, your choice.
• Orders placed before 4 PM India time, with both payments confirmed, are dispatched the same day. Later orders go out the next day.
